One of the themes we discussed today was Acceptance. In yoga, and in life, to what extent can we accept our unique experience, just as it is? Can we accept that fact that we cannot accept some things? A friend forwarded the following video, which is well worth the 6 minutes it takes to watch:
It occurred to me that at some basic level - perhaps deep in the brain stem - laughter is a way of accepting life just as it is, in all it's messy and beautiful absurdity.-----------
